For
years now, the team at Mojotone has been diligently studying vintage
guitar amp circuits and speakers cabinets with the intention of selling
accurate reproductions of pre-1980s guitar amps. While Mojotone has a
ton of valuable knowledge, and sources all the right components, the
true power remains in the hands of the customer. Amp kits have been
around for some time now, but are steadily increasing in popularity as
society adopts the "Do It Yourself" ideology, and Mojotone is fully
embracing this concept. "Having a customer tell you that your company
provided them with a quality product is a really great thing, but having
a customer tell you that your company empowered them and gave them the
tools to create their own quality product is invaluable," says Mojotone
CEO Michael McWhorter.
