Trident Guitars Introduces the Furie Bass With All-Tone Option, 1 Pickup, 6 Distinct Tones ... (Press)
Trident Guitars LLC of Royal Oak, MI, is pleased to
introduce the Trident Furie bass guitar with the highly versatile “All-Tone”
option. The Furie model bass guitar
comes standard in a 4 string single humbucker pickup configuration. This configuration is great for players who
simply want to plug in and play and let their amplifier and fingers create
their tone. For those who see a single
pickup and limiting, Trident offers the “All-Tone” option.
The “All-Tone” option allows the player to turn each coil of
the pickup on in-phase, reverse phase or off.
The coils can also be run in series or parallel. This level of tone manipulation is achieved
using 3 mini toggle switches, one for each pickup coil and one for running the
coils in series or parallel. The result
is six distinct analog tones from one pickup.
The “All-Tone” option is also available on Trident’s Tempest
and Cyclops model guitars. This option does
not have a price associated with it so at the moment it is a free upgrade.
